The Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Healthcare Management Concentration (BSBM-HC) program is designed to address the needs of the healthcare professional that has been placed in a management role. Traditionally, healthcare professionals have tremendous depth of education in their specialties. Now, however, there is an increasing demand for specialists with general management skills as well. Today's healthcare managers must be aware of the dramatic changes in the areas of human resources, financial reimbursement, marketing, and legal and regulatory constraints. This program affords an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals to examine the challenges in today's healthcare industry and work together to provide solutions to those challenges.
