Bachelor of Arts Organizational Leadership

Benedictine University's Bachelor of Organizational Leadership (BAOL) program will prepare students with the same skill sets as the Bachelor of Arts in Management program but with less quantitative coursework. Rather than focusing on mathematical aptitude, the program examines leadership from an academic perspective. It gives students the intellectual framework needed to systematically improve leadership skills.
