Program available at East Norriton and Philadelphia, Penn. campuses
The Master of Science in Reading with Reading Specialist Certification (MSR) program consists of 36 credits. Eligible candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, PA State Instructional I Teaching Certification, and one year of teaching experience. Certified teachers with a master of science degree seeking the Reading Specialist Certificate must apply for the Reading Specialist Certification program.
